This past weekend, employees at T-Scale gathered together for a company-wide team-building event. The event, held at T-Scale facility, was designed to help promote unity and teamwork amongst staff members while also offering a chance for everyone to relax and have fun.

The event was a resounding success, with employees participating in a variety of team-building activities and competitions. Throughout the day, there was no shortage of laughter and camaraderie as staff members worked together to complete group challenges.

One of the highlights of the event was a unique problem-solving activity that required groups of employees to build a “Drum Ball” everyone pulls a drum using a rope, and at the same time plays ball with the drum.

Overall, the team-building retreat proved to be a valuable experience for everyone involved. Employees left feeling more connected to one another and with a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm for their work moving forward.
